WOOD & Co has successfully expanded its business expertise into the fixed income market. WOOD & Co was the lead manager of a CZK 2 billion, 10-year bond issue for the leading Czech water utility company Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace. This bond issue was the largest ever bond issue executed for a Czech private company and the first corporate bond issue without an international rating on the PSE's Main market.
